Jessica Rowe Bald
Jessica has spent more than 15 years building and scaling businesses in energy, infrastructure and real estate. As a founding partner of Subterra Renewables, a geothermal energy company, she helped grow the business from $0 to more than $130M in assets under management. In 2023 the company was ranked No. 1 on The Globe and Mail's list of Canada's Top Growing Companies. Earlier, she led revenue growth and business development at Provident Energy Management (acquired by Northleaf Capital Partners) and Enercare.
Jessica brings that operating experience to every partnership. She works alongside founders to plan growth, strengthen their teams and prepare the business for its next chapter. She has served on multiple boards, including as a Board Advisor to the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD).

Johnathan Bald
Johnathan brings more than 15 years of technology sales leadership across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics and AI. He was Global Sales Leader at Black Kite, and before that led regional sales for RSA Security across Canada and the U.S. East and Central districts.
He specializes in building and scaling sales teams that win complex Fortune 1000 accounts. For founders, that means a partner who can help land bigger commercial clients and build a sales engine that doesn't depend on the owner.
